The Centre for Artificial Intelligence & Robotics (CAIR), is a premier Institute of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), it invites applications from young and meritorious Indian nationals, who desire to pursue advanced research for the following fellowships post.

Name of Post: – Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
Total vacancy: – 02

Qualification Criteria:-

Graduate degree in professional course (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Science in 1st Division from AICTE accredited Institute/ University with CSIR-UGC (NET) / GATE qualification.

OR

Post Graduate degree in the professional course (ME/M.Tech) in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Science in 1st Division both at Graduate & Post Graduate level and both from AICTE accredited Institute/ University.

Desirable Criteria with Qualification:-

1. Proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms.
2. Proficiency in Systems Programming.
3. Knowledge of Major Machine Learning Algorithms.
4. Experience in utilizing open- source system development framework.

Duration of Fellowship: –

Duration of junior research fellowship is for 2 years. (It may be extended further & upgrade to senior research fellow (SRF) as per the rule.

Age Limit:-

Candidate must be 28 Years of age as on the Date of Interview.

Relaxation in age limit:-

1. 5 years for SC/ST categories candidates.
2. 3 years for OBC categories candidates.

Selection Process:-

1. Written Test will be conducted from 10.00 Hrs. onwards on 15th February 2020.
2. Only qualified candidates in written test will be interviewed either on the same day i.e. 15^th February 2020 or on 16th February 2020

Candidates get selected as per the merit list prepared based on the performance in the Interview.

Reporting time is 0800-0930 hrs. on the date of Interview at the CAIR Main Gate Reception, C.V. Raman Nagar, Bengaluru. Late comers will not be allowed to Participate in the Walk-in-Interview process.

Documents Carry at the Time of Interview:-

1. Application form as per the format provided in official notification.
2. Along with complete Bio-data with a recent passport size photo affixed on the top right corner of the first page.
3. Self-attested one set of copies of all Degree/academic qualification certificates, marks sheets etc.
4. Candidates will be required to produce all the original certificates / testimonials, community certificate if applicable.
5. Aadhar card/PAN card.

Salary & Stipend:-

As per the rules of the payment funding agencies at present Rs. 31000/- +HRA per month.
